Google Summer of Code

From Open Progress

Jump to: navigation, search

The Google Summer of Code is a recurring project where Google provides incentives to students to work in their Summer break on Open Source projects.

The Wikimedia Foundation participated for the first time in 2006, this led to the first development of the Liquid Threads software. For 2007 Open Progress will work together with the WMF on some projects, all projects are cool some are specific to OmegaWiki and some are of a more general use.

For our proposals for 2007, see GSOC-2007.
